Hi y’all !!! If you are looking for some ideas on back exercises in the gym, I have some for you!! In this video, Alyssa & I are doing quite a few exercises. You don’t need to do all of these in one day. Just make sure you pick one for the upper back, middle back, and lower back. Having a strong back is part of a strong core and will help with your full-body functionality . Working your back can make it appear wider, which gives that hourglass illusion (wide at top, narrow in the waist ).We did not show the lower back hyperextension in this video, but, I’ll include a pic of it so you can see. It is pretty simple to do ! Hope this helps!!!
